For 2 people, the room was very comfortable, you didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was a good size. The food at the restaurant was very good.. It was nice that they had a shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning.

It was relatively well situated to the conference I was attending, although I did need to take a bus, as it was too hot for the 40 minute walk. It was located in a pleasant neighborhood with several restaurants very close, as well as a convenience store across the street. Metro stop was close by, although the bus I needed was about a half a mile away (nice walk through the neighborhood). The Metro stop was about a half hour ride from the city center, but didn't require transfers to the Opera stop. The breakfast buffet was good with gluten free bread and muffins, although a bit expensive. The hotel was less than 10 min by taxi from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle, but if you have a 6 a.m. flight, you'll need to call a taxi, as the shuttle didn't start until 5. It was very hot in Madrid at the time, and the hotel AC was very good.

The hotel offers transport from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport. And you can actually use this option, but you have to be patient. Although you get a message with information on how to use the service, unfortunately it doesn't quite work. You have to wait for the bus or ask when it will be coming and unfortunately wait. It doesn't come on demand. The rooms in the hotel are a good size, the beds are big and comfy, the windows open, everything works, there is even a mini bar in the room and snacks and drinks for free. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even hand lotion. In the summer you can use the swimming pool. And a metro station to the city center is 4 minutes on foot. Very nice hotel

Rooms are clean, hot showers, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was on time. The driver made sure he was clear on where everyone needed to be dropped off.

Wonderful variety for breakfast , allowed early check in , airport shuttle excellent, staff friendly and bilingual, room very clean and bathroom towels and bed linens very good quality. Lovely and safe neighborhood to walk around. Would recommend to fellow travelers needing a hotel near the airport.

Easy check in, English speaking, shuttle was on time and efficient, pretty quiet, room was clean, even the floor. There is a mini fridge in the room. Dinner is served at 930 in the restaurant, we didn't eat there though. We went next door to eat but I wouldn't recommend that restaurant for more than beers. There are others in the area, though. There is a small supermarket with your basic needs directly across the street. I have to travel a few times a year out of Madrid and I would stay here again. We have been on a search for a good hotel that we can return to everytime. I dont think this hotel was perfect but I would be content to stay there again in the future.

The shuttle picked us up from the airport terminal and took us to the hotel. The room was big and so was the bathroom. The metro station is a 4 minute walk away from the hotel, so you can visit the center of Madrid if you want very easily. We had a 16 hour layover and were able to visit many places in the city with the metro and still were able to get back to the hotel and get some sleep.

The staff were great - helpful, friendly, professional. I chose the hotel for the location and the complimentary airport shuttle. It is a block away from the Metro green line that goes straight into the most popular areas. Super easy! The desk clerk gave us a good tip on the Metro card that saved us $. The breakfast had a lot on offer, all very fresh and attractively laid out, I was impressed! The room was spotless and comfortable. I booked it again for our return trip.

The facility is very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. Oir room had a beautiful view overlooking the city. The room was small but very attractive. I like that there is food available in the hotel and proximity to the airport is great. The neighborhood is also very nice. I also like that parking is available and that there is a free shuttle to the airport.
